Dock Equipment and Door Services
We work on the equipment that keeps freight moving at your loading dock: dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors, high speed doors and rolling grilles. We fix what is broken, set up preventative maintenance so fewer things break, and handle loading dock equipment sales and installation when a unit has reached the end of its life. You get one person to talk to no matter which of those you need.

Preventative Maintenance
Scheduled inspections and service for dock levelers, overhead doors, restraints and seals, so small wear gets fixed before it stops a shift.

Equipment Installation
New dock levelers, vehicle restraints, doors and seals installed and coordinated by one person, so your crew knows who to ask at every stage.
Equipment Sales
Help choosing dock levelers, vehicle restraints and doors that fit your trailers, your loads and your existing dock, with one person handling the order.
Overhead Doors
Repair, replacement and adjustment of sectional overhead doors at your loading dock, from broken springs and bent tracks to tired operators and worn seals.
High Speed Doors
Fabric and rigid high speed doors for busy openings, plus repairs after forklift hits and sensor faults, coordinated by one person start to finish.
Rolling Grilles
Repair and installation of rolling security grilles for docks, storefronts and interior openings, from bent curtains and worn springs to new motorized units.
Vehicle Restraints
Repair, service and installation of hook-style and wheel-based vehicle restraints that keep trailers in place while forklifts work inside them.
Dock Levelers
Repair and replacement for hydraulic, mechanical and air-powered dock levelers, from stuck lips and weak springs to worn hinges and leaking cylinders.
What Goes Into the Price of Dock Work
Every dock wears differently, so we set a price only after seeing the job. Below are the things that push the number one way or the other, and we go over the ones that fit your facility before work begins.
Once the inspection is done, you receive a written estimate with each item on its own line, so you know what you are paying for before you say yes.
- What the equipment is and how big
- Hydraulic levelers, mechanical levelers and sectional overhead doors each use their own parts and labor. Bigger or heavier-rated units usually cost more to service.
- Damage you can't see at first
- Broken pit concrete, cracked welds on a leveler frame or rusted door tracks can make a small repair larger. Freeze-thaw and road salt dragged in by trailers speed that wear, so we inspect carefully and photograph it.
- Parts and wait times
- Everyday wear parts are usually on hand. Older or discontinued units can need special-order parts, which changes the price and the timing.
- Hydraulic and electrical work
- Swapping a power unit, a control box or the wiring on a vehicle restraint takes longer than a mechanical fix. Any of it appears plainly on the estimate.
- How many doors
- Handling several dock positions in one trip usually works out better than doing them one by one, especially on a preventative maintenance plan.
- When the work happens
- Working off-shift to keep your operation running can change labor cost. We talk through that choice with you before scheduling.
Why Facilities Work With Us
A dock problem is a downtime problem, and the last thing your shipping lead needs is five phone calls to find out what is happening. Here is how we keep it simple.
- 01
One person from first call to final walk-through
The person who answers your questions is the same one who scopes the job, orders parts, schedules the crew and checks the work. If you want an update, you know exactly who to ask.
- 02
A 1-year labor warranty on our work
If something we repaired or installed fails because of our workmanship within the first year, we come back and make it right. That is part of every job, not an add-on.
- 03
10-year manufacturer warranty on equipment
New levelers, restraints and doors we supply carry that coverage from the maker. We go over what it includes before you buy, and if a claim ever comes up, we help you work through it.
- 04
Straight answers on repair or replace
A leveler with a worn lip hinge usually needs parts, not a new pit installation. We show you photos of what we found and tell you which option makes sense for your budget and your volume.
- 05
Work planned around your shipping schedule
We ask when your docks are busiest and plan around it. Positions stay in service where we can, and we tell you ahead of time which doors will be down and for how long.
Towns We Cover
Our crews work at facilities in Hazleton and the towns around it: West Hazleton, Hazle, Freeland, Weatherly, Butler, Sugarloaf and Foster. Warehouses and plants in Rush, Lansford and Nesquehoning are on our route too.

How a Job Runs
Every job follows the same simple path, and the same person is your contact at each step.
- 1
You call and tell us what is going on
Describe the problem, how many positions are affected and when your docks are busiest. We ask a few questions and set a time to look at the equipment.
- 2
We inspect and photograph
We look at the dock leveler, restraint or door, plus the pit, tracks, seals and controls around it. You get photos of anything worn or damaged.
- 3
You get a written estimate
The estimate lists parts, labor and any extra work separately, with our honest take on repair versus replacement.
- 4
We do the work on your schedule
The crew arrives when we said, keeps the work area marked off for safety and keeps you posted on progress.
- 5
Cleanup and walk-through
We remove old parts and debris, test the equipment with you and show your team anything they should watch for.

What Facility Managers Want to Know
Something not covered here? (570) 754-9415
Who is my contact after work begins?
The person who took your first call. They manage the schedule, the parts and the updates, and they walk the finished job with you, so the problem only gets explained once.
Is your work under warranty?
Yes. Repairs and installations come with a 1-year labor warranty. If our workmanship causes a problem to return during that year, we come back and fix it without charging for labor. Call the person who handled your job and they will book the visit.
Our leveler keeps giving us trouble. Should we fix it?
Usually, yes. A sticking lip, a leaking hydraulic cylinder or worn hinge pins can generally be solved with parts and adjustment. If the deck plate is split or the frame is twisted, a new unit often costs less over the next few years than service call after service call. Our recommendation comes with photos so you see what we saw and make the decision yourself.
Does the whole dock shut down while you work?
Rarely. When the layout permits, we close one position at a time and work around your receiving and shipping windows. Before the crew arrives, we tell you which doors will be out and roughly how long each will be closed.
How often does dock equipment need service?
Busy docks do best with preventative maintenance several times a year, and quieter docks can go longer between visits. We review your volume and equipment and recommend a schedule. Finding worn parts early tends to mean smaller repairs and less downtime.
Can we buy new equipment from you, or do you only install?
We do both. Our loading dock equipment sales service helps you pick levelers, vehicle restraints and doors suited to your trailers and traffic, and our crew puts them in. One person runs it all, from picking the unit to testing it.
How do we get a quote?
Give us a call and tell us what you need. We set up a visit, look over the equipment and send a written estimate itemized line by line. Nothing starts until you approve it.
